Good moka pot, takes practice to get right

The pot itself is excellent quality – robust and well made. Getting the grind, water level and heat right takes a few attempts. Once you nail it the coffee is remarkable. Don't give up after the first brew.

A genuinely transformative coffee experience

Switched from a pod machine six months ago. I will never go back. The coffee from this pot is richer, more aromatic and infinitely more satisfying. The ritual of it is half the pleasure.

I've owned every brand of moka pot over twenty years of coffee drinking. This is the best. The seal is perfect, the heat distribution is ideal and the coffee is extraordinary. No competition.

Coffee grounds getting through to the cup

The pot looks great and the coffee is very good when it works. I've had issues with grounds getting through into the cup – the filter plate doesn't seem to seat perfectly on my unit. May be a one-off but worth knowing.
