Stunning gift, one concern about the print longevity

Bought this for my sister's birthday. The presentation is spectacular. My one concern is the painting on the side – it's an applied print and I worry about durability with daily use. Handled carefully it's magnificent.

It's undeniably gorgeous. The design is intricate and the colours are incredible. I use it daily and it makes brilliant coffee. The price is high but you're paying for the artistry too, which for me is worth it.

The Sicilian Cart artwork is genuinely extraordinary – vivid, detailed and joyful. As a moka pot it works perfectly. My only note is the artwork on the base slightly obscures the fill level line inside. Minor but worth knowing.

Pot not sealing properly from the start

The design is spectacular and I was so excited when this arrived. Unfortunately the pot doesn't seal correctly and coffee seeps from the thread rather than coming through the spout. Trying to resolve this. Very disappointed.

The pot itself works perfectly and the design concept is wonderful. However the artwork had a visible scratch across the Sicilian cart illustration when it arrived. For a premium product this is disappointing. The inner workings are fine but the display element is compromised.
