Good mug, infuser a bit fiddly to clean

Really like the mug itself – the embossing is elegant and the wood handle is a lovely touch. The infuser basket has small holes that need careful cleaning. A small brush helps.

Really lovely gift for a tea drinker

Bought for a colleague who is obsessed with loose leaf tea. She was delighted. The embossed ceramic is beautiful and the whole set – mug, infuser, lid – feels very complete.

Ceramic cracked on first hot pour

Really disappointed with this. The mug looked lovely and the design is beautiful. The ceramic cracked the first time I poured boiling water into it. I was careful – this shouldn't happen with a tea mug.

My new favourite mug

I drink loose leaf tea every day and this mug has completely replaced everything else. The infuser basket is generously sized, the lid doubles as a rest for the infuser and the wood handle stays cool. Really well thought out.
